What picture editing programe is everyone using to add little pictures like ladybirds and flowers e.t.c that have been drawn ?

Most people doing things like that are using photobucket or picnik.

  1. when i edit a photo, i go on google and use fotoflexer. its really good. im not too sur ewhat little pictures you can add but if you have a fiddle about they have some stuff :)
