How to seperate 2000 pictures from a directory of 70,000 pictures based on the file names automatically.?

I have a directory with 70,000 pictures and a list of 2000 pictures I need to separate out of the 70,000 into a new directory. All the names are very similar so manually this is a several day project. (the names are 13digit number names) search xp labors to find a single picture. I obviously am not a programmer. Is there a utility out there to do the job or a simple fast method?

Search for the filename that you want. Search result should display only the files with the name you specified. Or arrange by date modified/taken. Or use acdsee and make the thumbnail large enough to see the pictures clearly.
