the computer is ok, the printer is messed up, take it back to the store.

Never tried to print through Picture Manager. I edit pictures in Picture Manager, save the edited image to my Pictures folder and then open it in Pictures to print it

You have a corrupted printer driver in there somewhere. Try to reinstall the printer and update your driver.
