@courage713 Sketchup definitely has its limitations. Any somewhat organic shapes freeze it up. It can’t draw circles, only many-sided polygons. Since it’s so user-friendly, it’s limited in the tools you can use, and so if you want to make helices or any 3-d organic shapes (like an airplane fuselage) it can be extremely difficult, and by the time it’s done it usually goes to slow to continue.

Unlike sketchup …
Unlike sketchup which anyone can pick up, autodesk requires lots of effort and reading. Nothing basically. If google offered it free, then we’d have a better tool for professionals to use for drafting but it wouldn’t effect the common sketchup user.
