how do i add a picture gallery on my blog?

You can use HTML code or use Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 (http://www.adobe.com/downloads).

    You cannot add directly unless there is any feature available in your blog. you did not mention anything about which blog your are using. some blogs will have an option for picture album, you can use that. if not you need to create your own page, and upload it or add a link in your blog.
