Well I am working on my first picture book. 
I was wondering how long I have to wait for the approval from the publisher. Anyways any tips will be much appreciated.

Once your work has been submitted and approved for review by the editor, like any other work, it may take six months or longer for the review, and up to two years for publishing. First finish your work in progress, then try querying agents or publishers. Hope this helps.
