Is There Anyway To Download A Free Picture Resizing Program?

I Accidentally Made A Picture Really Small And I Don’t Know How I Did It And I Wanted To Resize It Back To Normal. Is There Such A Program That I Can Download Online For Free?

with gimp, click on >>> file > and open your image, then click image > scale image, finally click file save as, give it a name and type in .jpg on the end.

   Although you may, resizing a small picture to a larger size will not restore the resolution as it was before you reduced it. If you don’t have the original picture and you saved the reduced size using the same filename and location then it’s gone. You won’t be able to restore it as the original.
