Where can I blow up,print, and frame a picture for my mother for christmas?

I would like to take a picture of my grandparents who passed away and possibly restore it for my mother for christmas. I would like to blow it up to a nice size, print it in good quality,and then have someone professionally mat and frame it. Does anyone know a store which does this? or a website?

Mpix now offers all of that, once you have done any resoration work yourself.

    FedEx Office, which used to be kinko’s can blow up photos and Aaron brothers are great for printing.

    Mpix now offers all of that, once you have done any resoration work yourself.
