i got a private number plate for my dad as a birthday gift. It’s too late to get the plates made up beforehand and I thought instead of printing out a picture on card of his car with the chosen number plate from the DVLA website and getting it laminated to give to him as a kind of clue to what i have bought, However, I have just realised that I should have printed out the picture before I got the plate because now I can’t choose the plate in bought to see what it looks like on the car as it’s already been bought! Please help- I have good ideas, but never know how to go about doing them- I don’t have a printer and was wondering if anyone would know of a place where I can get this done and also how to get the picture in the first instance?
Send me the pic of the car and of the license plate and I can make it for you. I can send it back as a JPEG image and you can print it yourself or print it at Kinko’s or any other print shop (Office Max, Staples, etc…) by taking it to them on disk.
thats spooky?

Go to sleep and try to clear your head.

Try this site – you could then use photoshop or similar to add it to a picture of your dad’s car.

u got a digital cam?
if so take a pic of the car load it on pc into an art package..
carefully adjust the registration with a bit of artiness
send pic modified back to digital cam memory card n take to your local digital pic printing place.
if you havent got a digicam im stuck sorry unless u email dvla n ask them nicely to send the pic to your email with the car n reg so u can then either email to someone with a printer or try transferin it to your cam as mentioned above
