Photoshop / how to make a mirror image on the floor with picture of a car?

i have several pictures that i’ve seen on the internet of cars that people have photoshopped, and i want know how to make that same design myself? i want to make a mirror image on the floor with a picture of a car.. can anyone help?? if you need to see an example give me your email address i would be glad to email it to you so you can see !
